somebody had mentioned tome that i should give my son anymore like bread type foodscouse that could play a part in him acting out is that true ???

Yup, you can go gluten free/casein free for a few months and see if that helps with the behaviors. There are enzymes you can get to help with the digestion of gluten too if you want to go that route.
